first time customer and I got the special combination sandwich (full) and love fusion tea all for under 15— and I finished every bit of both!! Very friendly and speedy staff. Can’t wait to try more of their menu!
My youngest brother took me here when I visited Florida about two weeks ago. I never had Banh mi before and he said this place was one of his favorites. When we arrived we noticed there was a huge line for the grand opening of another retailer in that shopping center. Since there were so many people, all of the restaurants in that shopping center were full. Banh Mi Factory was also full and we noticed most of their shelves were empty. We didn't have to wait long and our food was ready quickly. I had the fried chicken Banh Mi and my brother had a veggie one. I ordered a Mango drink and my brother had Boba tea. It was delicious. Despite the traffic, the customer service was excellent. I can't wait to visit again.
We tried this place today for the first time. We were greeted upon entering and the ladies helping us provided excellent customer service. We ordered the house special tea, mango Maui tea, special combo bahn mi, and bulgogi bahn mi. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend this place for your bahn mi cravings. I can't wait to try their other foods and teas. Thanks for the great food and experience!
Tried this place for the first time today. Phenomenal. Had a Banh mi combo sandwich. The baguette tasted like it came out of the oven 10 minutes before I got there. Superb sandwich. Can't wait to try the other ones. Had a frozen Matcha that was delicious. Customer service was great and I had my order in about 4 minutes. I'll be back.
Amazing find! Food is excellent & lots of unique drinks to choose from as well. Very modern atmosphere & the place is clean & pleasant! Service was good from walking in to leaving & the prices are fair. Employees were so nice & helped with ordering. I ordered the bah mi pork sandwich, shrimp fresh roll & a drink & didn’t even get to finish the other half b/c my daughter attacked it. Definitely heading back there, it will be worth the 25 min drive! Try this place, you will not be disappointed.
Don’t know why some are putting in bad reviews, just there experience maybe? This place serves some of the best priced food I’ve seen, 10 for a great pork sandwich that’s like 12 inches, unheard of in today’s economy. Not only that but there food is absolutely great, not sure about the boba; does seem a bit pricey and I’ve never tried it, but the food is amazingly priced and very tasty the staff are always nice. Stop reviewing staff that are just doing their job because you are too entitled to care for others. This place is great.
This place is a hidden gem. We are Vietnamese and the Pho was excellent and the Banh Mi was delicious. The staff were super friendly. Am definitely going to come back. Wish I had discovered this place sooner. This is legit Vietnamese food with a cool modern cafe vibe. Casual, bright atmosphere.
I had never heard of a Banh Mi sandwich before I saw them on a TV show with food trucks. Since then, I’ve been on the hunt, but I didn’t have to look very far. I ran across a very peculiar place called Banh Mi factory and to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Half on Banh Mi sandwich shop, half bakery, and half Boba tea shop ( I know that’s 3 halves, LOL). Well, the Boba teas are on par with other places but the pork Banh Mi is to die for. The best part is that the sandwich costs cheaper than a big Mac value meal. The cilantro and the pickled vegetables pair so nicely that I have a taste of freshness and every bite. This has become my go-to over the typical fast food fare!
